Head of Impact Partnerships
Role Overview
As the Head of Impact Partnerships, you’ll be at the forefront of driving Bloom Finland’s mission forward by forging meaningful collaborations and unlocking resources that expand our reach and amplify our impact. You’ll connect with companies, foundations, and institutions to create partnerships that are more than transactional — they’re transformative.
What You’ll Do
As the Head of Impact Partnerships in this voluntary role, you will:
Lead Strategic Partnerships: Identify, build, and manage collaborations with organizations that align with Bloom Finland’s mission and values.
Drive Fundraising & Resource Mobilization: Secure funding through grants, sponsorships, CSR programs, and high-value donors.
Align Partnerships with Impact: Ensure every collaboration not only supports financially but also scales Bloom’s influence and long-term mission.
Cultivate Stakeholders: Nurture long-term relationships with partners, donors, and networks, serving as one of Bloom’s key representatives.
Innovate for Growth: Explore creative partnership models such as joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and impact investing opportunities.
Elevate Visibility: Represent Bloom Finland at external forums, conferences, and partner events to grow awareness and advocacy.
Qualities We’re Looking For
Relationship Builder: Skilled at cultivating trust, credibility, and long-term commitment from diverse stakeholders.
Strategic & Impact-Oriented: Ability to see the bigger picture and align partnerships with mission-driven outcomes.
Innovative Thinker: Open to creative, nontraditional partnership models that deliver mutual value.
Strong Communicator: Able to clearly articulate Bloom Finland’s mission, needs, and opportunities.
Resilient & Driven: Motivated by purpose, with persistence in pursuing opportunities and navigating challenges.
Preferred but Not Required
Experience in fundraising, partnership management, or nonprofit development.
Familiarity with CSR, philanthropy, or impact investment landscapes.
Knowledge of Finnish funding and partnership ecosystems is a plus.
Time Commitment
This is a non-paid role with potential opportunities for compensation through grant projects, requiring up to 20 hours per month during special projects.
